After 33 years in practice, Dr. Gary Sharpless has decided to retire and will no longer be seeing patients with HCA Montgomery Physician Associates effective December 19, 2025.

If you would like to have your medical records transferred to a provider outside of Montgomery Physician Associates, please contact us for a medical records release form at (936) 760-7880 or visit us online where you will find the Medical Release Form under the Patient Center on or medical records page

For any acute conditions, illnesses, or injuries our neighborhood Care Now - Montgomery office is able to care for you. You can reach them at (936) 207-2525.
